Recognizing that protocol was no longer the sole domain of diplomats but a vital component of all successful relationships, Sherri Ferris founded the company in 1996. Ms. Ferris, a recognized protocol and international relations expert, was Deputy Chief of Protocol for the City and County of San Francisco from 1992 to 1996, and for ten years she served as the Lead VIP Hostess for the Walt Disney Company.

In addition to the new online newsletter, Protocol Passport, the new web site features interesting and timely articles, helpful tips, protocol resources, and an extensive bookstore and reference library.
