- Cost for this event is $150 per person. It includes a three course gourmet lunch, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, fun raffle prizes and our “Little Black Protocol Book”.
- Cost does not include hotel accommodations or travel expenses. A list of recommended hotels near the luncheon can be provided upon enrollment confirmation.

- Reservations are available on a first come - first served basis
- All reservations must be made in advance

Registration Form may be submitted by email, fax or mail (per contact information below). Kindly submit response form by March 18 to confirm reservation.
- Confirmation will be sent by email. No tickets will be mailed.
- Cancellation Policy: Regrettably, once reservations are made no refunds can be given.
- Substitutions are allowed if Protocol Professionals, inc. is notified of the name changes in advance.
