Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to six weeks prior to the beginning of the Protocol Certification Program. Thereafter, cancellations are subject to a fee of $400, unless a substitute is sent.
In the event of a cancellation, the seminar fee may be applied toward registration for another scheduled Protocol Professionals, Inc.™ Certification Program within twelve months.

Tuition

Tuition for the three-day seminar is US$4,500. A 5% discount is offered if two or more attendees register from the same organization or company at the same time..
A minimum 50% deposit confirms registration with balance due on the first day of class.
Full advance payment may be made by Visa or MasterCard through PayPal, or by check or money order, payable to Protocol Professionals, Inc.™ If paying by PayPal, there is an additional transaction charge for a total cost of $4,650.
Seminar fees do not include hotel accommodations or travel expenses. A list of recommended hotels near or at the training location is provided upon enrollment confirmation.

Tuition Includes:

Interactive exercises and role playing
Class materials, including workbook and reference materials
Post-program, five hours of complimentary support via phone, fax, or e-mail upon request.. Graduates are entitled to additional consultation at a reduced fee
