PPI President, Sherri Ferris welcomes The Hon. Dr. Victor Ivanovich Ishaev, Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, Russian Federation

Mr. David Kenny, Partner, Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP, and legal counsel for PPI, welcomes the former Consul General of the Russian Federation in San Francisco, The Hon. Vladimir Kuznetsov.

The Honorable Dr. Victor Ivanovich Ishaev, Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, Russian Federation led a delegation visit to California to explore economic cooperation and opportunities. During his visit Governor Ishaev addressed various academic institutions: Stanford University, U.C. Berkeley, University of Southern California, UCLA and Pepperdine. In San Francisco, the law partners of Squire, Sanders, and Dempsey who have offices worldwide, including Moscow, hosted the delegation at a VIP Luncheon.

Special guests attending the luncheon included Mr. Richard H. Matzke, Vice Chairman, ChevronTexaco Corporation, and Dr. Robert Corrigan, President of San Francisco State University and national leader in the urban university and civic engagement movements.
